1. Your first job.

I applied to three and got hired at all of them. They were Future Shop, The Shoe Company and Eastside Mario’s.

2. The job you always wanted as a child?

RCMP officer.

3. Your pet peeve.

Mouth noises and callousness.

4. Your hero.

My uncle. He is a paragon of humanity and speaks seven languages, three of them dead languages.

5. Your biggest indulgence.

Food! I should just cook, but I love going out to restaurants. Sometimes I even go out to eat when I’m not even hungry.

6. One thing no one knows about you.

When I was eight years old I thought I was going to marry my cousin’s Barbie when I grew up. Sadly, Barbie fell in love with G.I Joe.

7. Three things you would want with you on a deserted island.

A compass, wheat seeds and a book about building a ship out of straw.

8. The one word your best friend would use to describe you.

Persistent.

9. If they made a movie about your life, who would it star?

Jason Mamoa, because when I had a beard people said I looked like him and because of the swimming. Also, I hear he’s funny on set.

10. Hero or villain?

Villian.

11. Your life’s motto/mantra.

Future Joe appreciates.

14. If you were a cartoon character, what cartoon character would you be?

Homer Simpson. I would try hard and love Marge, but also be a little selfish. He’s filled with kid-like wonder and he loves eating things.

15. What will it say on your grave marker?

Improv is life – I was never prepared for anything!

16. Who would you most like to have dinner with?

George R.R Martin, so I can tell him how I really feel.

17. Your idea of happiness.

Success and security.

18. If you could go back in time, what would you tell your twenty-year-old self?

Forgive past Joe and try to make future Joe’s life as easy as possible.

19. The one thing in your life that makes you most proud.

I’ve learned to acknowledge when fear is the determining factor in not doing something and trying hard to overcome it.

To be. Otherwise, you’re not.
