The Royal Canadian College of Organists Halifax Centre presents its 73rd annual Christmas celebration, A Festival of Carols.

The evening begins with an Organ Prelude at 7:00 p.m., followed by the Festival Service at 7:30 p.m., which features choral music from the 65+-voice Festival Massed Choir, organ music from Halifax-area organists on Halifax’s biggest pipe organ, rousing congregational carols, and beautiful poetry and sacred readings. The Guest Reader will be the Hon. Dr. Mayann Francis, former Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia.
