Craig Ferguson is a multiple Grammy-nominated, Peabody, and Emmy Award-winning actor, writer, producer, director, and comedian with a diverse career that encompasses film, television, and the stage. He is a New York Times bestselling author and has recorded numerous standup specials for Netflix, Epix, Comedy Central, and Amazon.

The wildly popular Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson ran on CBS for ten years and remains a cult favourite on YouTube, racking up millions of views every year on fan-posted bootleg clips.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Ferguson started his entertainment career as a drummer for some of the worst punk bands in the U.K. After his musical stint, he bartended at a local pub in Glasgow, where he met Sir Michael Boyd, the artistic director of The Tron Theatre, who persuaded him to try acting. Ferguson soon discovered his knack for comedy, leading to his own BBC show, “The Ferguson Theory.” In 1995, he moved to America to star in the ABC comedy “Maybe This Time” and later joined “The Drew Carey Show” as Drew Carey’s boss, ‘Nigel Wick,’ from 1996-2003.

Ferguson debuted his original History Channel show, “Join or Die,” in 2016 and won two Emmys as the host of “Celebrity Name Game.” His film credits include “The Big Tease,” “Saving Grace,” and “I’ll Be There,” which won several audience awards. He voiced characters in Disney’s “Winnie the Pooh,” “Brave,” and “How to Train Your Dragon” movies. Ferguson has also performed in sold-out theatres across North America, released five acclaimed stand-up specials, and authored the bestselling novel “Between the Bridge and the River” and the memoir “American on Purpose.” His latest book, “Riding the Elephant,” is a series of linked biographical stories.
