Dartmouth Players presents an evening of two one-act plays by local playwrights: Gooseberry Pie by Nick Jupp, and Irreconcilable Differences by Josh Allen.

Gooseberry Pie concerns a daughter and her stepfather who realize the time has come for their mother/spouse to be placed into a retirement home. It is also the time for the two to have an in-depth, heart-to-heart talk that reveals some interesting secrets that will change their lives.

Irreconcilable Differences is the hilarious story of a couple whose marriage is in trouble. They visit a counsellor who is, in a word… strange. His equally strange techniques help them to realize where their future lies.
