Born of Irish emigrants, all members of The Irish Descendants were workers in the Newfoundland fishing industry before forming the band in 1990 out of the remnants of two former Newfoundland bands – The Descendants and Irish Coffee.

Event Details

Enjoy the Christmas spirit with multi-award-winning Newfoundland folk group, The Irish Descendants, live in concert at the Light House Arts Centre on December 16.

Special guests include Aaron Collis and Mark Manning of Rum Ragged.
