The Halifax Busker Festival returns bigger and better than ever as it expands to the waterfronts in both Halifax and Dartmouth from July 27 through August 1.

After a tumultuous two years with a virtual festival and reduced capacity shows, the Halifax Busker Festival returns bigger and better than ever as it expands to the waterfronts in both Halifax and Dartmouth from July 27 through August 1. Here are five acts we think you should not miss:

1Australia’s Got Talent finalist Alakazam returns to the Festival, this time with his alter-ego Tennis the Menace, for some electrifying new tennis stunts that are bound to cause a real racket.

2The UK’s award-winning fire dance show Flame Oz also returns to the waterfront with its choreographed, high-impact fire dance combined with state-of-the-art LED technology and skillful circus artistry.

3From The Netherlands comes hula hoop queen Lisa Lottie who ran away and joined the circus as a teen and has since performed in 40+ countries across the globe.

4Another Aussie performer comes to the Festival as Rogan Josh will defy gravity with his balancing act on various apparatuses high above the waterfront.

5Born in India and raised on four continents, Sara Twister is a highly skilled contortionist and entertainer who will dazzle with acrobatic archery that is sure to amaze.
