Exploring themes of distancing and intimacy through refrains on heritage, solitude, nature, and time, the concert was recorded during the summer of 2020 in an empty Lilian Piercey Concert Hall in Halifax.
The four-part program includes works by Robbie Burns, Samuel Barber, Richard Strauss, Derek Charke, and Charles Gounod.
