Watch: Live at the Carleton with Dusty Keleher

Halifax Presents returned Live at The Carleton in our continuing live online music series as we welcomed Dusty Keleher on May 9.

A consummate storyteller, Dusty writes songs that tell a good story and is always on the lookout for gems from the past that do the same. From whatever genre and tradition he draws on, Dusty brings a heartfelt soul to all the songs he sings. His 2018 recording The Way to Grace, was nominated for best folk roots recording by Music Nova Scotia that same year.

Along with being a musician, Dusty is also a tour guide with The Halifax Ghost Walk in which he uses his study of folklore and Irish storytelling techniques to lead tourists and locals alike through the streets of Halifax on dark summer nights.
