With the Halifax presentation of The Book of Mormon now just a memory, all eyes have turned to Come From Away, with organizers adding an additional three shows to its Halifax run in November. The show will now take place at the Scotiabank Centre from November 14-19.
UPDATE: Use the code GANDER now to get tickets before they go on sale to the general public on July 28.
Ticket holders to The Book of Mormon get the first dibs on the new dates and will receive a presale code to purchase up to four tickets, or use code GANDER now to get ahead of the line.
The remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on July 28.
Come From Away is based on the true story of the 38 passenger jets carrying some 6,700 passengers from around the world forced to land at the Gander, Newfoundland airport for as many as six days. The tiny town of 11,000 stepped up, feeding and housing the thousands of reluctant visitors who became affectionately known as both “come from aways” and “plane people.”
