With over 25 years as an arts writer, Mark has seen and reviewed hundreds of theatre performances and written about countless shows and artists in every field of the performing arts. He has written professionally for both
Xtra, and an international trade magazine. He is also contributing editor of
Vancouver Presents. No stranger to the stage, Mark has been both an actor and director. He even won an acting award once and used to play a mean saxophone. He is a past jury member for the Critics Choice Innovation Award for The Jessies, Vancouver's professional theatre award. He and his partner David are West Coast transplants who now call Halifax home along with their
